Our home cooking is cured according to the oldest Tuscan recipes by the owner, Mrs. Tina, who in 2001 received the title of “Master of Commerce” for having exercised the hotel business for more than 50 years.
Our restaurant and our kitchen has been “Recommended” by the Italian Touring Club and the German Automobile Club (ADAC), and has also obtained the 2005 Quality Mark of the Hotel Businesses.
A delicious “Pappa al Pomodoro” prepared according to ancient traditions, that will make your palate dream and will project you right in the ancient times of our Tuscany, letting you try the same genuine and original taste that tasted the inhabitants of the territory.
Or the excellent stuffed tortelli, homemade, according to the Tuscan traditions, with sauces for every taste.
