Here you will find the original recipe of our precious and delicious “Aromatic Chicken”.

Ingredients

300 gr of chicken breast

Sage, Rosemary, Garlic,

Mushrooms

Milk, Salt, Oil

The preparation

Make the chicken breast into small pieces, flour them and fry them in oil

Mince separately Salvia, Garlic and Rosemary

Mix everything with some of milk

Add the pieces of chicken and let them cook over very low heat for about 30 minutes
